PRODUCTION HISTORY
Since its original production in 2018, Shakespeare Bachelor has been performed by schools and theatre groups across Australia, the USA and the UK. Its popularity lies in its predominantly female, ensemble-driven cast, substantial roles for performers, physical comedy and slapstick — while quietly introducing audiences to factual information about Shakespeare’s greatest plays and characters.
